Comfort Inn Paramus - Hackensack

Location is accessible by car and close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast selection which accommodates various choices. Desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff members were friendly and helpful.

Location is on a main highway and the traffic was noisy. If sleeping is a problem, then consider ear plugs.

.....Hard to find....no lit or large sign to distinguish it from surrounding buildings. I couldn't get a copy of my bill because I booked thry "Booked.net".

My family has used this location several times, be it my son from Boston, Florida and my daughter from California. So the week of memorial day, my father had surgery on his right eye, everything went fine. So when he needed his other eye done. I made the reservation again for my parents at this location. So when we arrive, my 75 yr..old mother had a question about the different rate for the 2 nights. The last time they were there, they didn't say anything because she was told it was because of the holiday.The person at the desk was explaining it when the so called general manager interjected. She was rude, loud and to tell you the truth we couldn't understand what she was saying.Even the desk person was surprised. If it was up to me, I would've taken my parents somewhere else. But because the just rode in the car for 3 hrs. They were too tired and my 78 yr.old father needw his rest before his surgery in the morning. I will nor will any of my friends or family be staying here again.I Will be letting all of my friends, family and co workers know about the experience my 75 yr.old mother was put through. I hope that this whole thing is taken care of.

Staff was very polite & friendly. Room was clean enough - but I had requested fresh blankets & sheets in my booking, and pulled back the top sheet - hair everywhere. Bed was comfortable, but I had to sleep on top of the blankets. Good water pressure.

Location is a bit hard to navigate just because it's right off a pretty busy highway.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfrtable and it was quiet for being on a busy highway

I loved the delicious complimentary breakfast with fresh waffles and omelets. The room was super clean, and I really appreciated the mini-fridge and Keurig. Will definitely stay again!

The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast included small omelets which was nice!

It was very warm in the room even though we adjusted the temperature gauge. Finally had to turn the unit completely off.
